Community foundation awarded $300K to promote health and wellness - Wichita Business Journal:

Strategies for the "Nutrition and Physicao ActivityExpansion Project" will be coordinated througn the 4-year-old Health and Wellness Coalition of Wichita, which boasts more than 40 members ranging from area corporation to nonprofit organizations. Grants totaling $172,585 will be competitively awarde d in years two and three of the projecf in pursuit of local policies designed to increased physical activity and good nutrition leadingf to the healthylifestyle goal.
