Hawaiian Telcom, which is reorganizing undee Chapter11 bankruptcy, said Thursday it will closde its Kapolei and Windward Mall stores on Oahu and the Lihuew store on Kauai because of slackeninv demand and the high cost of maintaining the The Kapolei location closed earlierd this week. The Windward location will close June 9 and Lihuw will closeJune 16. The company said 23 full- and part-timer employees will be affected bythe closures, but some employee s will be transferred withim the company.
