Industry veteran Trish Hanchette will head up Lennar

Hanchette served four yearse as president ofKB Home’s Triangle division before she left the company in December after a restructuring of management. Priorf to joining KB, she was division presidentr ofColony Homes. KB Home dropped from No. 1 to No. 3 in its rankin g of Triangle home builders in having completed 515 homes valuedeat $119 million. Hanchette will overser land acquisition, lot development, home-buildinfg activities as well as sales and marketing for the LennarRaleighy division.
