Facebook, Think settle trademark dispute - Silicon Valley / San Jose Business Journal:

Palo Alto-based Facebook and Think did not disclose termxs ofthe settlement. Think's CEO and founder, Aaronj Greenspan, attended Harvard with Facebook CEO and foundet Mark Zuckerbergin 2002-2004, where both were "entrepreneurially mindedf programmers," the companies said. Startinbg in August 2003, Think released a Web-basec student portal called houseSYSTEM through a Harvarxdstudent group. This software was designec to make life easierfor students, and alumni. By September houseSYSTEM featured asection (devised and implemented by Greenspan) called "The Universal Face Book" (sometimeds called "The Face Book").
Think's system contained a numberd of features, including a course scheduler, student marketplace, emailp service, automatic birthday reminder, messagse boards, photo album, digital flyer advertising, event calendar (with online RSVP's), map job placement, and local business reviews. At houseSYSTEM did not feature member profilexs due to campussecurity concerns. Profiles were adde after Zuckerberg launched Facebookj inFebruary 2004, along with new allowing friends to record the way they had met and notinhg the strength of their "Aaron and I studied together at Harvard and I'vd always admired his entrepreneurial spirity and love of building things.
